The pre-purchase inspection is recommended when buying an existing or new home. Based on this inspection, BeCaB prepares an inspection report, which provides insight into the technical condition and maintenance state of a property. This report also includes an overall cost estimate, detailing immediate necessary expenses, anticipated costs over a 1-5 year period, and improvement costs for issues that are not acceptable.

With this report, you gain a tool to negotiate or reconsider your decision—after all, buying a house isn’t something you do every day. This inspection report is a visual snapshot and does not guarantee future conditions. However, it reflects the current status of your property and aims to identify any major issues, uncovering defects that may not be immediately visible.

The entire inspection is visual and non-destructive. Asbestos will be reported if it is easily visible; however, this inspection is not an asbestos survey, and we can never rule out the presence of asbestos through this inspection alone. Defects that become visible after removing wall coverings, trims, and similar elements are outside the scope of this visual inspection.
